The order is placed but not paid/unsuccessful transaction or bank transfer/hasn’t choose a convenience store for delivery

In process: the order is successful and will be shipped

Complete: the order has been shipped, you can track the order with the shipping number at designated website

Canceled: the order has been canceled, please order again if needed

Shipping Policy

For oversea orders over $190, standard shipping is free. Orders under $190 will be charged for shipping fee.

Import tax varies according to local law, we suggest you to look up carefully about local law before you order, if import tax and other related fee occur, it be borne by the recipient

Based on our experience, the recipient in the following areas do not need to pay extra fee: Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, United States

Those who live in France, Sweden and other Nordic countries, Japan (depends on the quantity) will need to pay import tax

Shipping Notice

Successful orders placed before 10:00 am GMT+8 from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day

Successful orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped the next Monday (may be postponed if there’s a holiday)
