What's the difference between Face Oil, Lotion, and Cream?

Oily ingredients are more easily absorbed by the skin’s stratum corneum. The ideal skincare approach is to maintain hydration by using an “oil-in-water” method, achieving a balance between oil and moisture for your skin. Therefore, we recommend using oil and lotion/cream in combination.
Recommended Application Method
We recommend combining oil and lotion: Mix approximately 3 pumps of lotion (or 1 teaspoon of cream) with 3-5 drops of Face Oil. You can adjust the ratio and amount according to the season and your skin condition.
For best results, apply the mixture to your face using your palms and massage gently to enhance absorption.
Can I use sheet masks every day?
We recommend for use 2-3 times per week. If you wish to use masks daily, we suggest alternating between masks with different benefits to maintain balanced absorption for your skin.
Do I need to rinse off the mask after use?
No need to rinse with water. Our masks are formulated with safe ingredients—gently press and massage the remaining essence into your skin for absorption before continuing with your skincare routine.
Can the Cleansing Gel remove makeup?
Our Cleansing Gel is formulated with naturally derived ingredients and effective for removing light makeup and sunscreen. However, it may not fully remove waterproof eye makeup or heavy foundation.
Most makeup products contain petrochemical-based ingredients, which are best removed with oil-based or stronger cleansing formulas commonly found in the market.

Which products are suitable for sensitive skin?
For sensitive skin, we recommend our “Green Tea & Rose Hydrosol Calming Face Mask.” This formula uses organic pure extracts instead of essential oils, making it suitable for sensitive skin that cannot tolerate essential oils. Enhanced with oat extract, known as “skin’s protector,” it helps soothe sensitivity and discomfort while gradually restoring skin stability.
For those with extremely fragile or sensitive skin, our products contain concentrated essential oil formulations. We recommend starting with our Frankincense Revitalizing Face Lotion to rebuild your skin barrier first. This gradual approach helps restore skin health before incorporating the mask into your routine.

I have acne. Which products should I use?
For occasional acne issues, we recommend using the “Lemon Tea Tree Balancing Face Mask,” which helps control oil and regulate oil secretion in the pores.
Using a lotion or cream afterward will lock in hydration, rebuild the skin barrier, and restore a stable balance of oil and moisture.
Can I use Inna Organic products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
The essential oil concentrations have been reviewed by professional aromatherapists and are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
However, since essential oils have therapeutic properties and individual responses may vary, we recommend using them only after the fourth month of pregnancy. Additionally, it’s advisable to consult your doctor, as everyone’s body condition is different.
Can children use products containing essential oils?
All Inna Organic products use ingredients that meet EWG standards and are safe for use. Children can safely use our products, but parents should supervise and assist to prevent ingestion.

Can I use Inna Organic products with other products?
We recommend starting with our products before incorporating other products. Some skincare products contain ingredients (such as silicones) that can block the absorption of active ingredients. Since our products do not contain any ingredients that hinder absorption, it is advisable to prioritize their use. However, we see the best results when our products are used together.

Due to environmental considerations, we do not produce or provide single-use samples. However, we offer mini-size trial sets for selected products.
These trial sets use the same high-quality ingredients and packaging as our full-size products, allowing you to experience them for at least 10 days.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The manufacturing date is printed on the product packaging. All products purchased from our official website have a shelf life of at least one year.
After opening:
– Skincare products should be used within 6 months
– Face masks should be used on the same day once opened
Why does my new product smell or feel slightly different from my previous purchase?
Our products use natural plant extracts. Due to variations in climate and growing conditions, there may be subtle differences in the fragrance and texture of each batch of plant ingredients. As a result, you may notice slight variations in the scent of the final product. These natural variations are normal and reflect the authentic nature of our organic ingredients.
